Tony Mendoza has played the drums since the age of 14.
He seems to play vintage Slingerland kits with vintage Zildjian Avedis cymbals.
Bands that have found use for Tony’s talent include The Bitter Tears, Unicycle Loves You, Let’s Get Out Of This Terrible Sandwich Shop, Tijuana Hercules, The Judy Green, The Nurse Novels and many more.
He has also drummed for The Second City, The Annoyance, and Baby Wants Candy in various comedy, burlesque, and cruise ship enivironments.
When not on the road or at sea, Tony lives in Chicago with his amazing, mysterious wife and bonehead cat.
